1. Participant Cancellations:
   
   
   • If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may request a cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled workshop time.
     
     
   • In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting the payment gateway/platform charges.
     
     
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop.
     
     
2. Organizer Cancellations:
   
   
   • If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be given the option to either attend the rescheduled workshop or claim a full refund (minus payment gateway/platform charges).
     
     
3. Refund Process:
   
   
   • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
     
     
   • The deducted platform fee (charged by the payment gateway) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
